"Had a lovely few days at this hotel. Very warm welcome from hotel staff who showed us to the room and were very helpful with booking taxis etc. We stayed in a room with pool access and the room was lovely, very modern and clean as was the hotel in general. Breakfast was plenty with a good choice of food, all fresh each day. Pool and pool area was very clean, was lovely eating breakfast outside at the tables and chairs located by the pool. Cant fault our stay, everything was to our liking. The only thing I would like to mention is we couldnt use our outside furniture as there was no cushions to sit on even though I mentioned this twice to reception. Would of been nice to sit with a coffee and a book in a morning on our patio."

"As I booked for two rooms, one of them was still dirty including the bathroom and the floor. The hotel location was difficult to get to, the staff were new and they even didn't know that we have already booked and paid for the two rooms. The views were not as per the booking, on was viewing weeds and the other overlooking a carpark. Communication with the staff was difficult as they didn't speak good English especially the reception. The rooms were too small to maneuver and we had to put the luggage on the bed everytime we need to use it. The TV wasn't hooked to the Internet, and when connected very few channels worked. Dinner in the restaurant was very good, car park was available but getting to it was a challenge."

"We arrived to no electricity which took a while to be restored. This was a scheduled outage on the news, which the hotel failed to inform us about before arriving. The A/C is set at 24 and you cant lower it. Meanwhile the housekeeping opens the door of the balcony and curtains allowing the sun to hit the room the whole day, so basically we were coming back to a sauna. The first floor also feels like we’re sitting in the restaurant from how loud it gets. The pillows are another disaster which kept me from sleeping the whole night. One is extremely thin and basically a concept of a pillow, the other one is wool which would make your head heat up and with A/C being the way it is, you will be so hot the whole time. Overall i wouldnt recommend the hotel and wouldnt stay in anymore"

"Stay away. The hotel’s public areas, beach and pools are nice, but the rooms and service are nowhere near 5-star standard. In many places this would be a 3-star, or a weak 4-star at best; helped only by location and beach facilities. For the price, especially compared with other much nicer properties we stayed at in Montenegro, it was very poor in quality. Upon arrival, security in the garage were very blunt demanding parking payment; though it's listed as €15/day, we paid €20/day. To reach our room, a teenager took us through service corridors; and upon entry the room was hot and smelled strongly of stagnant water emanating from shower drain - this foul smell never improved throughout our stay. The room itself was very tired, and badly maintained: loud AC, wonky bed, wobbling bedside tables, non-working plug sockets, peeling wallpaper, chipped bathroom tiles, stained shower glass, and a dirty balcony with a wasps’ nest (pictured). Most concerningly, later on, four teenage girls opened our room door with a Keycard. They were not in any uniform and didn't speak English. Reception seemed unconcerned, promised to investigate, then never updated us or replied to messages. No room change was offered despite this and the other issues. Breakfast was OK, but nowhere near 5-star resort quality, and extremely crowded at peak times; and whilst the beach is nice, watch out for €5 bottles of water and expensive in-room mini-bar. Seriously considering requesting a partial refund."

"Overall staff trying hard but needs to be better to be a 5 star in several places. Did we have a good time, yes. Areas we suggest for improvement - Charging €4 for literally 2 handfuls of opened crisps in the room. Really for a £230/night room - breakfast service slow (45 mins for porridge each day); no hot chocolate; no decaf drinks; no one to serve at all for 5 mins+; tea pot without a lid each day - only 15 rooms but wait 30 mins for some milk in the room - no hangers at all in the cupboard in either room that we had. On request, given 2 each - roof terrace not available on 1 night re private party on 1 night. Still not reset 24 hours later - no attendant or towels in spa on 2/3 days - asked for a taxi and told that we would need 2 for 4 people. Then relented and said €40. Booked one ourselves for €20 - located on a side road, a very short walk from the sea and the centre, although there’s unfinished construction next door Hope this helps"
