Comfortable Stay

The Hotel is situated in the town Centre and close to many historical sites. The Reception staff are very welcoming and friendly .

A fuir si vous souhaitez vous reposer. La journée c'est infernal, mais le pire , c'est la nuit . J'ai cherché en quoi ils mérité les 4 étoile, je n'ai pas trouver. Les prix sont très excessive par rapport a ce qu'on vous proposent. La chambre ne vaut pas du tous son prix , la nourriture encore moins ,une vrai arnaque. Seul chose positif et encore pas toujours, c'est le personnel. La direction es vraiment pas top. Le ménage dans les chambres c'est une options ??? Au final ce fut une très grosse perte d'argent et une énorme déceptions. La prochaine fois je paye moins cher un deux étoile et au moins je ne me plaindrait pas in shaa Allah

A éviter a causse du nouveaux directeur

Je me suis présenter le directeur et le réceptionniste mon dit qu'il y a aucune réservation a votre non et qu'il fallait repayer 379?82 euro en sachant que hotels.com m'avais envoyer deux e-mail de confirmation et que l'argent avait bien était prélever sur mon compte bancaire.le lendemain je me suis rendu au poste de police le plus proche un policier a décide de venir avec moi et par hasard il on retrouver ma réservation,le nouveau directeur de cette hotels qui appartient au gouvernement et un PUR voleur.
