"The shuttle from the Miami airport was miserable. The hotel doesn't pick up at all of the hotel shuttle stops so unless you want to watch the ven drive by without stopping multiple times contact them first. On the other hand the shuttle TO the airport the next day was amazingly fast! The door to the room wouldn't lock from the inside but would lock from the outside of you slammed it shut. "Friendly and welcoming staff. Great location near the airport with shuttle service. To improve: The carpet in our room was sticky as if it was recently shampooed and not rinsed enough. Air conditioning unit was loud. Pool closure was way early and breakfast also ended at 9am. Which is also considered early compared to other hotels. I would still consider booking again when in Miami."
