"Las habitaciones se escucha todo. Cada vez que alguien salía de sus habitaciones se escuchaba bien fuerte cuando cerraban las puertas. Mucho ruido. Pero el personal muy amable. Una cosa que dice en Expidia es que tienen servicio de lavandería y no es así. El personal dijo que no. Llegamos temprano y nos dejaron usar las instalaciones y guardaron nuestras maletas. "

"Our room was clean but that was the only good thing about our stay. I checked with the hotel prior to our trip to find out how we request a shuttle from the airport and to the cruise port next day. Answers were very vague and I had to make 3 very frustrating calls to the front desk after landing to figure out where to go and wait to the shuttle. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle service to the cruise port. No where on their website does it say the shuttle starts at noon. We didn’t find...

"Food in the evening at the onsite bar restaurant is terrible and overpriced. They messed up our burger and forgot the cheese . Just slapped a cold piece of cheese and brought it back. Asked for them to go back and melt the cheese. Cheeseburger was overdone and dry by then. Hardly edible. Also automatic gratuity of 18% was applied to the check . "

"The wifi was not working in my room. The phone also was not working for me to call the front desk. I walked to the front desk to ask for assistance with the wifi and the front desk person told me that that's the way it is sometimes and there was nothing he could do about it."

"Spent one night before embarking on a cruise. Used the airport and free shuttle to the port of Miami. Both were great. The port shuttle was scheduled to depart just in time for our embarkation time so we lucked out. Hotel staff were great. Breakfast was also good. Would definitely stay again next time we plan a cruise."
