"One of the elevator call buttons didn’t work on the lobby floor. The inside doors of both elevators were absolutely filthy. Wouldn’t take much to clean up for a better sense of cleanliness and overall impression."

"Whilst all facilities look quite dated now, everything was pristine, clean and very comfortable. Beds were fabulous, facilities everything that we needed and spacious rooms. Staff very friendly and quick to provide with additional requests. Super value."
