The property managers keep two large dogs that bark frequently, the walls are very thin so you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, and the manager (Nick) took loud conference calls outside that echoed through the unit. While the room is pretty small, the charm, decor and original feel made you extremely comfortable. Be prepared for the sound of traffic most of the night.
