We liked our room. It was large and clean and the shower was unusually comfortable. The only thing we didn’t like about it, and it’s minor, was the auto-sensing bathroom fan would come on each time you walked in annoying when you get up through the night..

Great location and views! It’s common to not have AC in the rooms in Tofino, but they do provide fans. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer to do the activities- next time! The restaurant next door (Shelter) and its “sister” restaurant The Shed is very good too!

For three star hotel it’s a solid place. The sauna experience that’s complementary and the free coffee are a nice touch. The beds were decent For what we paid, if it wasn’t in Tofino, it would be an arm and a leg, but considering everything else around here is grossly more expensive than many other major destinations, the value was not too bad.

This resort is overpriced and overrated. Our room was clean enough but the patio outside was quite dirty (some garbage left out there). The "ocean view" is a bit of a stretch as it's mostly parking lot view. Parking can be difficult and is quite tight. The plant/warehouse on the water starts up at 6am so if you want to sleep in you should bring earplugs. Staff at check in and check out were great! Location is good to walk into town for food. Would not stay here again.

Our very expensive "standard room"'s our only view was of the dark outdoor stairwell and walkway to the rooms on the second floor. Coming down the steps one has no choice but to look directly into our room. Blinds need to be closed at all times. Room was clean and recently updated. Nice outdoor sauna with an amazing view, However, it was locked and not turned on at our scheduled time. The property has a nice restaurant with compelling outdoor seating. All prices are like "Downtown Vancouver". Would not stay there again.

Lovely room, nothing too fancy but I had a dog so I couldnt use the floating sauna, though it looked very cool. My dog had a great time. I am glad I brought his bed from home because the one they provided seemed a bit thinner than what he is used to. Free parking and wifi is awesome. My only thing I would do differently next time is ask for a room facing east just because the sun came straight into the room in the afternoon on the west side and made it quite warm and there was a fan provided but no a/c. Everything smelled amazing, and there was a consistent theme of woody/cedar smells among the products and even they door key. Would absaloutely go back! Especially with my dog.

Wonderful location and view. Rooms are sparse for the price. Small bathroom is the only mirror in the room. Tiny table was a challenge as we wanted to play a game. No microwave, only a mini fridge. Nice deck with deck chairs. Close to our fishing charter and restaurant. But expected more from the room for the high price.

Location made it easy to walk everywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Being at the marina was neat. Went on a whale watching tour right from the marina. Alex the captain did a great job on a windy, high wave excursion. Used the free access to the workout gym and free laundry facilities. Would stay there again.
