Good breakfast but less items compared to other hotels. Bed is good and pillow is not. Recommend to have at least 2 firm pillows per guest.

Close to Sendai Station-within walking distance. Close to many restaurants & shops. They provide toiletries & pajamas & slippers. You can request to have your pajamas & towels changed daily. 室内はとても清潔かつ整頓されていました。 水回りがとても綺麗なので安心して利用できました。 内窓があること、エアコンが各部屋にあること、ガスファンヒーターやオイルヒーターなど暖房設備もしっかりしており、寒さを感じませんでした。 子ども連れでの利用でしたが、子ども用の布団やシャンプーも用意してくださっていて、ホスピタリティの高さを感じました。 ぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。

部屋はとてもワクワクする部屋で、快適に過ごすことができました。 ただ、チェックインする時にやり方がわからなくてずっとチェックインできないというグループが1組いました。全員分の個人情報を入力したらQRコードが届くということをわかりやすく書いてあれば親切かと思います。 また、自分の部屋の間取りはチェックインするまでわからず、ベッドの数も表記ではセミダブル3台となっていましたが、実際はセミダブル2＋2段ベットがありました。 バーベキューセットがあったので、海鮮を焼こうと準備をしてたら、２つのうち１つのガスバーナーがはまらず、使用することが出しませんでした。 お風呂のテレビを密かに楽しみにしていたのですが、故障中と書かれており残念でした。 ...
