"Staff were helpful and friendly, but we only spoke in Japanese so not sure if they accommodate guests from abroad very often. Food was ample and tasty (traditional Japanese foods) and served in the privacy of the room. "二段ベットに子供達は喜んでいましたが、柵が甘いので抜け落ちてしまいそうで、怖かったので、寝るのは下の段にしました。二段ベットを楽しみにしていたので残念です。縦にも柵があると安心でした。隣の部屋の声は丸聞こえです。ですが、価格と相応だと思います。総合的には満足なのでまた伺いたいです"
