"The hotel’s remote location and beautiful views were wonderful! The hotel’s shuttle from and to Echigo-Yuzawa Station was very much appreciated. From Check-in to check-out the staff service was excellent. The Japanese/Western room was spacious. We had a corner unit with a view of the snow and trees.
