Very nice place, in a very calm part of Tokyo and not too far from the subway, from a shrine, and there's a convenience store just across the road! Staff were very nice and helpful too
I booked this hotel because it was the closest available to Toshi hotel where I had to attend a conference for four days. It was 25 minutes walk to the conference. I was traveling with my husband and booked a room that takes four people and glad that I did because in Tokyo rooms are very tiny and small. The room was good enough for us. It was Clean, and came with good size towels but it was not sunny and there were no cupboards. The cupboards are actually hangers on the wall, the room had a microwave a kettle a fridge and a TV. The location is the best thing about the hotel because there are so many restaurants cafés little shops around it. It is walking distance to a big mall, called the Galleria and not far from Haneda airport.
I booked a room with three people (my 14, 16 years old teenage, and I) the room was bigger than I expected. We got to a hotel around 11.00 am and soaking wet from the rain. I asked the receptionist if they'd restroom to change our clothes, he said no. He asked where we want to go, "I said just walking around and find something to eat we have no plans yet". He used Google translate telling us wait her for a bit and he checked us in before noon (thanks to the reception whom worked that day) I definitely will stay here again, in the room have everything you need, nearby subway station (Akasaka exit 7) so many restaurants to try, near Herry Potter shop and cafe, Midtown Tokyo, Hie shrine, and and many more by walking. If you are want to explore Japan life here is the area to stay because less tourists. I highly recommend this place.
Great area with access to everything you want from Tokyo nightlife. Downsides were the toilet leaked everytime bidet was used and the room was a tad small. Besides that, it was a servicable stay.
Great location and perfect for a quick 2 nights stay but the air conditioning was very poor in fact non existent so wasn’t easy to get comfortable to sleep.
Simple rooms. You have to pay to watch tv. Staff did not speak any other language except Japanese so I recommend a translator app. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean. I recommend a room above the 5th floor for a better view.

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Just a bed.
I found the same room on Booking for half the price on the day of my arrival.
Receptionist refused to allow me the option to be charged in my own currency eventhough offered to do so in the payment transaction on the credit card terminal.
Window was blurred and room was small, even considered being in Tokyo.
Thí is my new favorite spot to stay in to Tokyo. I loved it so much the first time I booked it again. It doesn’t seem like anything special from the pictures but it’s amazingly convenient and at a great price. The rooms are super small, but there is so much to do nearby you won’t want spend much time in there any way. I’m absolutely in love with the neighborhood: quiet, safe, tons of great dining options, and it doesn’t even feel touristy (though if you walk 4 blocks north you will find lots of tourist style places. The employees were always crazy helpful and nice, some of them even speak English. The only downside is that you have to buy a card to watch movies on the tv, selection is small, and sometimes it doesn’t work lol. So I just watch on my computer.
