Friendly staff, the automated check-in system is rather counter productive when the staff is 3-feet away and can answer customer questions unlike the machine you are forced to use. Breakfast was good and a lot of different items to select. The rooms were cramped and bedding wasn't very clean as it showed light soiled stains on the outer covers. Clean common areas.

Front staff was very helpful and spoke good English. Very knowledgeable about the area and train systems. However bedding especially comforter was dirty with some scuff from seems to be shoes or luggage. Free coffee was offered at night? Nothing in the morning. We did see a coffee machine looking thing but it was not mentioned about free coffee in the morning so we didn’t touch it. It would have been nice to have at least coffee machine and some coffee in the room. For the price we paid, we would go to another one less expensive which offered free coffee and bedding was clean. Convenient location for Haneda airport though.

I enjoyed my stay so much I booked another night before I fly out of Japan. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Room was comfortable and lots of great amenities. Loved breakfast, an interesting combination of Eastern and Western food and lovely juice, tea and latte!
