Staff was diffident and standoffish. I was one of very few guest there, but there was gesture of salutation or anything like that. The all-white lobby is sterile and unwelcoming like something from the movie THX-1138.

Small room but needed a place close to Tokyo station for a quick night before heading out to Osaka. Rooms are very small and hard to move around with luggage.
