Amazing place in shinjyuku. Very convenient location near all shops and train station. This place has an amazing view and so very spacious in Tokyo. I got 21 floor w 2 need rooms. My teenage kids appreciated having space.

More of a long stay hotel - I stayed one night and found it very convenient. Near a busy shopping/dining area and subway station. Surrounding neighborhood is walkable and quite (once off main road). Has a guest laundry in the basement - very convenient for long term travelers.

The front desk staff were friendly, helpful in responding to every request and question. Although I did not need to use the laundry facility, I found it clean and very functional. I was surprised that fresh towels were delivered daily. Perhaps that is an amenity that could be offered on request. When I requested housekeeping not bring them, the daily delivery did stop. I would recommend that grab bars be installed in the bathtub for security.
