"Great staff, very knowledgeable or will find you help. The washer and dryer plus location to Shinjuku-Sanchome station MAJOR plus. The cigarette smell when you walk in is pungent, just in the vestibule before you walk in. Rooms level however is clean, scent free and very neat. Spacious for my son and I with 3 luggages and two back packs. Best location to experience Tokyo. Book it worth it unless you are super picky you should be fine. Will definitely sty again if ever in Tokyo again. Great staff"
