"It superseded our expectations. We had 2 connecting rooms with views. The rooms had all the essentials and some that we usually do not get in most hotels. We had breakfast at the traditional Japanese restaurant and in the western/asian restaurants as well. Service is great. Staff are friendly. It is within 5minutes walking distance of Shibuya crossing and Shibuya train station. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Shibuya."

"Great location with superior service and hospitality. Friendly and professional staff all around; lobby staff, cleaning crew, and dining staff (all restaurants we dined during our stay. Location, local train just outside the premise and will take you to some main transfer stations. Convenient store (Lawson) also just outside. And two big food and shopping building 5 minutes walking. We will def be coming back here next time we come back to Japan."

"We had a great 4-night stay. It is located away from tourist crowds, which helped me relax and have a good night sleep. The view of the Tokyo tower, park, and temple is beautiful and was one of highlights of my vacation. I chose this hotel because of its large rooms and I am glad I did and I did not choose a tiny hotel room in the busy Shibuya area. The direct airport bus from Narita ends early in the evening. Easy to get to Haneda too. I'll stay in this hotel again next time."
