Sure to personal circumstances I only stayed a few hours in the room, but the room satisfied all my needs. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Even a large cute alligator plushie on one of the beds. I would say the only thing needs was bathroom wash towels. Like what you use in the shower. There were hand drying towels of similar size but didn't think they should go in the shower due to their fluffiness.

Everything was within walking distance, konbini, train stations nearby and shopping district. The only con we have is that it didn’t have a front desk so we can forward our luggages. Will recommend to everyone looking to stay in Omote Sando!

The location was great but the place is airbnb style which i was not aware when i booked it. No staff to welcome or assist, and room is not cleaned during your stay. Reasonable price considering the location and there was a triple sharing option available.

It was easy to access from Omotesando station. Also, you can go to Harajuku and Shibuya on your foot during window shopping. This is the best location to enjoy in Tokyo. There is no front desk but it was no problem to check in because we already finished pre-check-in they sent us in advance. The room is very cozy and clean.

This is an unusual property. It is unmanned so there are no staff to help if you have any questions. There is no lobby, restaurants or services. Feels more like a University dorm. The best part was the location. It is very convenient to get to Shibuya and Harajuku. The place was clean enough, but the floors were uneven in places and there were some very low ceilings in places which is not ideal for taller people. If you dont plan on hanging out in the room, and just need a place to sleep, it's fine.

Our stay was wonderful! It’s located in a very convenient area. It was also bigger than typical Japanese hotels which is nice. There’s no housekeeping, but you’re given toiletries and a kettle + coffee. There’s also a common area with a sink + dishes, board and card games, and a laundry room. Our room (double twin bed) also came with a balcony and two large windows. Overall, it was great.

En ubicación esta relativamente cerca de Shibuya, pero nosotros que fuimos de compras, tuvimos que tomar taxi por las bolsas que llevabamos cargando. La habitacion esta comoda, con los servicios necesarios. Aunque fallo el sistema de calefacción y nos pusieron un calentador pequeño, con las cobijas que teniamos pasamos un poco de frio, pero sabemos que era temporal. En general como el lugar

一般的なホテルと思っていたら、大間違い。普通のマンションのワンフロアだけがホテルのようで交番で尋ねなければわからないような民泊でビックリした。 無人でのチェックインは慣れない人は気をつけないと…。 でも、立地や清潔さは悪くも無く、ただテレビがみれない。エアコンがうるさいのはちょっと残念でした。

立地は最高です。 早朝から上の階と横の部屋でガタガタ音と話し声が丸聞こえで壁が薄すぎて寝れませんでした。 荷物も預かってくれるサービスもありません。 ですが表参道駅が目の前なのでコインロッカーに預けることができました。 部屋は可愛らしく、シャワーのみ。 だいぶ寝具等が劣化して毛玉だらけでした。

宿泊先としては清潔ですし、特に問題はありません。ですが、完全無人なのですがロックの解除がわかりづらいです。メールにてナンバーが送られてくるのですが、ルームナンバーの他に番号と＊アスタリスクが送られてきます。てっきりルームナンバーを押せば解除されると思いきや、番号+ asteriskを入力しないと解除しないシステムでした。かなり複雑で分かりづらく、日本人なのに日本人にはわかりづらいと感じました。また電話番号も一生懸命ネットで検索しないと出てこないので、すぐにわかるようにマニュアルの横に電話番号ぐらい書いておいた方が良いかと思います。 日本人にとっては、asterisk？って感じですよね ※ = asteriskですね。私は知らなかったですが、勉強になりました。ありがとうございました。
