Staff is super friendly & can speak English. Our room was quite spacious & clean. There’s a lot of restaurants nearby as well as several Shrines within walking distance. The train station is also very close & easy to walk to.

Wonderful stay! Rooms are large & very nice & clean. Staff if extremely friendly & helpful. Hotel is located near many restaurants & subway station. My only suggestion would be that they get smart tvs so you can stream something other than just Japanese programs.

My family of 6 stayed here and I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. I would stay here again. The staff is so helpful and kind. The location is wonderful and so much just in walking distance. The hotel really accommodates families and wheelchairs.

Location is great. A lot of food options around. Staff are wonderful and very accommodating. The room is just a bit dated comparing to picture and the price paid. Very clean and spacious though. We paid about $700 Canadian a night for the Executive suite.
