"This was not my first stay at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku, and while the hotel itself has not changed too much over the years, I'm sad to say the area around the hotel has changed a bit for the worse. Influencers and vloggers have repeatedly mentioned this hotel to the extent that the area around it is now really overrun with tourists, and the sort of seediness that goes along with too many tourists. "My husband and I loved the hotel for its cleanliness and peaceful surrounding neighborhood. The only complaint is it’s a bit long of a train ride to popular central areas in Tokyo. Nonetheless gender-separated public bath was really clean and a nice amenity to have. "

"I have nothing negative to say. Room was nice, clean and comfortable; It was small, but I knew that when I booked it, and because of the large luggage we had ( 2 large and 3 small) made it a bit challenging at times. Breakfast was good. Dinner at the Restaurant was very good . "

"We had an amazing stay. Food and shopping close by was excellent, easy shuttle bus that took us to Disney, so close to the train station but never noisy and a Lawson just dowstairs. Staff were beautiful, kind and helpful and our room was perfect."
