Room was cleaned every third day but a towel refresh done daily. Staff was very helpful and had good command of English. Self-serve laundry avail on various floors including ours (level 6). Did not have breakfast there as there were numerous options nearby.

Breakfast by voucher quite expensive so not utilised. Aircon a little variable and not adjustable.
