"Everything about this hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided excellent customer service, they were welcoming, attentive, and truly made me feel taken care of throughout my entire stay. The food was incredible. I highly recommend including the breakfast option because it was delicious and such a great way to start the day. Dinner was just as amazing, with high-quality dishes that exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights was definitely the onsen experience—it was so relaxing and beautifully maintained. All of the amenities were top-tier, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. "Business hotel near Tokyo Big Sight was less expensive than others. We had excellent mini-suite with great beds. Nice breakfast buffet but few other amenities. Remote location and train to Shibuya is confusing especially finding the return train. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, nice location with a lot of useful places and good places to eat in walking distance. The bed was the standard stiffness that I found in most hotels in Japan. The room for 1 was very nice with enough room for luggage and has a desk which I appreciated."
