"We were set up in a room for disabled people (at our request). Location was great but it was next to the maintenance storage room. Lots of activity with bins rolling in and out, door slamming, and bumps into the wall. There was a small patch of black mold on the wall above the sink. Breakfast was great, staff at the breakfast bar was helpful and friendly. Great location for activities."

"I asked the blonde lady at the front desk for a glass of wine while we waited, as our room was not ready until 445 PM. She brought out a glass bottle. I repeated, I want a glass of wine, not a bottle. Her response was this is wine and it is in glass. Clearly, she equated a glass of wine with a glass bottle of wine.
