"Really nice place to stay. Quick walk to history museum, etc and a short ride into the historical center. Beautifully kept property with spacious bedroom. Breakfast the usual mediocre fare but one could find healthy items such as hard boiled egg, apples and oranges. Plain Cheerios would be nicer than tasteless sugary cereals."

The only thing i would recommend would be an ice tray placed in every freezer , this would be a less expensive alternative to an onsite ice machine. Very quiet rooms and a great spot for budget minded travelers that just need a place to sleep and clean up."

"Location is amazing but construction going on in front of the property. Stain on the sheets no pressure on the sink and toilet was not flushing to good and by accident I left a charger on the room and call to get help and had no response but we made the best of our 25 year anniversary"

"We got there early morning, staff was very friendly. We bought the passes to tour St Agustin in a trolley. We recomended to ask the shuttle bus 30 min early."

"On arrival, the staff was nice, we quickly checked in and went up to our room. The room seemed very clean which we always hold as the most important part of our stay. The breakfast was a pretty typical buffet style with the make your own waffles, sausage and scrambled eggs. It was ok. During our two night stay we had to get the room keys reset twice as they stopped working. We noticed a couple other travelers had similar issues. "Stayed for one night. Got up the next morning to shower before checking out. Broken shower, no water! The front desk just shrugged. No offer to send anyone to fix it. We asked if there was another room where we could take a shower. The answer was no! They offered us some points for the inconvenience. We didn't need points, we needed a shower before attending an event. I have since called to see if there is any reimbursement we can get. No surprise still haven't heard back from them. Very...

"Great location close to everything! The room was clean, check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were excellent, friendly, and very helpful. The only thing I can’t really rave about was the bed—it was hard as a rock and not very comfortable to sleep on. Other than that, it was an awesome place to stay, and I would definitely consider staying again."
