All rooms have water view with balconies. Very calming location. Fee parking. Great value for ocean front. Ran out of eggs at the breakfast buffet. No lobby, worst tap water I have ever tasted (not hotel’s fault, they had bottled water available at the check in counter). Not an up-to- date facility, but very comfortable and friendly. Would definitely return for view, friendliness and value. "
