The hospitality was impeccable, and the thoughtful welcome drinks were a lovely touch rarely experienced in Japan hotels. The room was beautifully spacious, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable. My son especially loved enjoying his own onsen experience in the bathtub, which made our stay even more memorable. The refillable water provided by the hotel was another thoughtful convenience that we truly appreciated. The frequent shuttle service to Karuizawa train station added great ease to our travels and enhanced the overall experience. "The bathroom was a little bit small, but the room was pretty spacious and had nice big beds. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel is close to the station and bus terminal. All in all, we were very happy with the amenities of the hotel and location. "
