"New, clean premises. Staff could be more interested. Walking distance to key transport links and Stare Miasto. Highly recommended."

"Location was good to get out and explore the beautiful river walkways very near by. Pillows were very uncomfortable and bed was to hard for my liking but not horrible! Price and cleanliness was very good. Needs a shelf in shower for toiletries. Outside voices carry as if they’re in the room with you. There’s not much of a sound barrier between the room and the outside. That being said, it is a fairly quiet area and there’s not a lot of foot traffic or vehicle traffic in the evening or night."

"One of the nicest suites for the price yet. Will stay again."

"Clean room, close to city, easy self check in. Close to airport"

"Ventus Rosa is a beautiful aparthotel in the center of Krakow, within 15 minutes walking from central train station. The one bedroom apartment was very spacious , very clean, very comfortable bed, 1.5 bathrooms and beautifully decorated, a true 4 star accommodation! It provides everything you need for a perfect stay! Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby in the beautiful Old Town. They also offer the choice for a buffet breakfast. We will definitely stay here again if we will visit Krakow in the...

"Great property and fantastic central location. Clean and comfortable beds. I would have liked clearer information that key retrieval information comes on the day of arrival, and they could have asked if I wanted the sofa bed made up. Other than that all good"

"Perfect location only 10 minute walk to market square"

"This is an accommodation without a reception on the premises, Had asked for early check-in, but did not get a useful response. Communicated efficiently via Expedia messaging system to get access to luggage storage and had expected to receive codes for the room via the same channel. However, waited until half an hour after the latest check-in time and then contacted the off-site office and was told that they did not have a contact information that could be used. Room was OK, although there was a...
