Very helpful staff, room immaculate, 2 showers, plenty of sockets for charging devices Early start hence hotel needed to be near airport £39 per night including breakfast

We only stayed one night as we had an early flight the following morning and it was closer to the airport. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was a decent size. There was a little food court close by that also sold beer which was good. The staff were friendly and the WiFi was okay for simple internet stuff but struggled a bit with YouTube.

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, excellent VFM. Would recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Hotel is nice, new and clean

I've always enjoyed the hospitality provided by the hotel management and staff at Citadines upland, Kuching. This is my third visit within a short period of time. The apartments are well maintained and clean. I have recommended this hotel to many of my friends and family members and all came back with very good comments.

The apartment really was top notch, very comfortable and incredibly well equipped. I was greeted outside hours by Lung who very quickly and efficiently got me checked in and settled in to the apartment. The properties share gym and pool facilities with the adjoining hotel and are very good and there is also an attached mall which has good shopping although I prefer the supermarket just across the main road. The Hoff, again just across the street, is a great place to get a drink and unwind a bit....

excellent reception and homely atmosphere very friendly staff clean rooms and nice location

Overall very good stay at a bargain price. All services available and the executive suites were very nice and spacious. The only issue was a persistent bad odour from the bathroom. The hotel is in good location for Kuching with great views over the river. I would certainly stay there again when I go back to Kuching. They also had a good range of tours for those wanting to explore beyond Kuching which seemed well priced against the local tour companies.

The infinity pool and gym opening hours were exceptionally good as was the food! Also, I was allowed to check out at 1pm.

Affordable hotel for family trip. Easy to get food and drink.

Room was clean and staff helpful and really friendly. Infinity pool was amazing-especially at night overlooking the city. Only thing that would have made it perfect is if there were complimentary tea/coffee to go with kettle provided.

Overall an amazing place to stay in kuching, especially if your looking for somewhere with some character. The place is rustic with a few little bits which arent perfect, but place is really interesting, with lot of history and also really clean. The hotel is near the old town and china town, with lots of bar and restaurants nearby and short was to the river front. Bedroom are small but everything you need, both bed and bathroom were immaculate! - (photos are from check out). Staff were...

Booked for 6 nights, stayed for 10. ALL staff very friendly and helpful, super clean, comfy bed, delicious breakfast with plenty of variations & daily newspaper to read while you eat. Luggage stored for an overnight trip to Bako National Park for which the number 1 bus stops a few metres away from the hotel...perfect! Also has an amazing bidet / toilet seat! 5* from us both, thank you
