"Lobby smelled horrible. They have plugin air fresheners to try and hide the smell. Wi fi super slow, room had tiny flying bugs. Breakfast sub par. Cold"

"We picked this location because it was so close to university of Kansas and it was only three minutes away. The employee at the front door was a great representative of the area. Very friendly, nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. We didn’t swim, but it was a nice area. We used the gym and there was a lot of good equipment. Typical but good continental breakfast. If my child goes to this college, we will definitely be staying here again."

"We checked in on a Tuesday and Checked out on a Friday and nobody cleaned our room or restocked our towels at all. Pretty poor. Front desk staff was super nice. Breakfast was decent."
