The pricing was higher than listed in the Expedia property details. The room. was comfortable. Just make sure to keep a card in the alot by the door so the AC dies not turn off."

The temporary arrangements on the first floor are chaotic and severely compromise the quality of stay. At breakfast, the situation was nothing short of a mess — no proper greeting, no coordination, and no sense of hospitality. It felt like the team had no training whatsoever. The most appalling experience was at Zeest Skybar. The restaurant manager’s behavior was outright arrogant, dismissive, and blatantly unfair. She enforced rules selectively — claiming weather restrictions for indoor seating, while allowing certain guests (notably those smoking) to occupy premium outdoor areas. This kind of biased and inconsistent behavior is unacceptable and reflects extremely poor management standards. Room service was equally frustrating, with delays exceeding 30 minutes and zero accountability. The staff was indifferent, unresponsive, and clearly untrained to handle even basic guest requests. Overall, this was a terrible and frustrating stay. The hotel fails on fundamental hospitality standards — professionalism, fairness, and service.
