"We had an outside room. The air conditioning was very loud along with the fan in the bathroom. The room was clean & large. Breakfast was fine, very clean at the breakfast area. I wish they offered coffee throughout the day. Overall a nice hotel with a friendly staff."

"I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, the bed and couch were visibly stained, and the entire property had a strong unpleasant smell. The furniture throughout the hotel looked broken, mismatched, and poorly maintained, giving the whole place a very run-down feel. The parking lot also felt unsafe, which added to the discomfort. "Great location, you can walk to restaurants and shops. The elevator was broken, not a huge deal since there are 2 - I didn’t mind the stairs. The only thing I can really say negative was that we didn’t get any cable channels…. I had to log into Netflix with our personal account. The room was clean. The couch was kinda grimy with stains- we didn’t use it. Staff was nice."

"The Internet and our area of the hotel did not work. Reported it to the front desk on the first day of our stay and nothing was fixed. Room was not made up after our first day and only made up on our second day. Coffee at the coffee bar was overpriced at $4.50 per cup. Overall, a very disappointing experience."

"The room was okay but could have been cleaner and some things need updated. The hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was great. We always try to stay at a Staybridge Suites because the rooms are big. We had one issue when someone else had a key to our room and didnt knock they just tried to enter but luckily we had the security lock on and when the door hit that they left fast before we could see who was there.
