The Big 4 was reasonably priced, easily navigated and is kept clean and tidy. As a family of 6 it is difficult to find accommodation that houses us all so we were incredibly happy to find the Big 4 has cabins that sleep up to 10 people.

The cabin was nice and beds comfy. There was no hand soap for the bathroom or kitchen. The pool is nice, the kids loved it but there was no shades seated area in the pool area for supervising parents. The jumping pillow and playground is great but the caravan sewerage dump/pump out is right next to the pillow and playground so flies were full on. The main issue we felt was that there appears to be long term residence living in the grounds, maybe on social housing and gave an uncomfortable feeling (mental health/alternate habits)… Not what you expect for a Big4 caravan park.

Unfortunately didn’t spend much time at the park during our stay apart from sleeping but on the afternoon we were at the park the pool was closed, needing fixing. Walking distance to shops was great. Great area to spend with kids when pool was working .

I had to travel to Toowoomba for an emergency and when I first booked, I accidentally chose the wrong dates due to being flustered. They fixed my dates for me straight away and were very understanding and helpful. The grounds and rooms were kept nice and clean.

Room would have been perfect for our one night stopover if it weren’t for the leak in the bottom of the toilet that filled the whole cabin with the smell of urine, the fan in the toilet/bathroom didn’t work and there was mould on the back of the bathroom door. Due to late check in and early check out we didn’t have a chance to speak to staff and swap rooms. Very disappointed with the cabin.
