"To call the rooms "suites" is a stretch. Yes - the rooms are quite big - but they look like a small basketball court with all of the furniture jammed against the side wall. If you were throwing a dance party in your room... this place would be perfect. Also, the window curtain in our room was broken, asked for it to be fixed - not done - Two days in the dark. Had to kill two different kinds of bugs - one I could identify - one not. I am guessing I wouldn't stay there again, although the breakfast is better than in other places."

"We didn’t even stay. We went elsewhere. Who has smoking rooms now?!? They switched us to a non smoking room with twin beds in a construction zone. 100% unacceptable and not as advertised. "

"Boooo! Boooo! ALL THUMBS DOWN!!! I’ve never left a review before on anything. We selected this place because reviews said it was a newly built hotel which it seemed to be. Bright clean lobby and exterior. However the floor in room 312 has never seen a mop or swifter since it was built. There was sh!t everywhere. Crumbs, hair, tissue pieces…everywhere. Bathroom counters weren’t cleaned. The floor when you walk in had spills so thick I’m surprised I’m not still stuck to the floor. The sheets and towels were clean thankfully but I had my 11 and 12 year olds who wouldn’t step on the floor without shoes on and slept in their clothes. You better be blind and deaf to stay at Woodspring or you’ll wish you were. Will not stay here again."
