"Clean"

"The hotel itself was fairly nice overall. The property was very clean, and the rooms were immaculate and well designed. My favorite feature was definitely the kitchenette setup with the microwave and full-size refrigerator, which made the stay much more comfortable for families. The staff was kind and helpful throughout the stay. While customer service was good, I do think a little more enthusiasm and warmth from the team would have elevated the experience. One downside was the TV setup. There were no direct Netflix or Prime Video options through the remote, although you could cast to the television, which was helpful. The biggest issue, however, was the pool. We specifically chose this hotel because it had a pool for our kids, only to arrive and find out that it was broken and inaccessible for the entire weekend. Unfortunately, the pool is one of the hotel’s primary amenities, so this was extremely disappointing and significantly impacted our stay, especially since the kids ended up spending most of the trip confined to the room. I understand that unexpected maintenance issues happen, but when a major amenity is unavailable for an entire stay, I do believe the hotel should consider offering guests some form of credit or accommodation adjustment. That would go a long way toward customer satisfaction and fairness. Overall, the hotel has a lot of positives, especially the cleanliness and room setup, but the pool situation definitely affected the overall experience."

"Not outstanding but fair."

"I stayed at this hotel this weekend and unfortunately had a very poor experience. I originally reserved a non-smoking king room, but when I entered the room it smelled strongly like urine, even though it was supposed to be cleaned. I was switched to a room with two queen beds, but that room was not much better. The sheets had visible stains, there was a mildew/musty smell, and I even saw roaches in the room. The hotel overall felt very outdated, and the carpet throughout the hallways smelled awful. The area and overall atmosphere also did not feel very safe or comfortable. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel based on my experience."

"The property was clean. The rooms were clean. The staff was great however didn’t see any Bendy machine machines and paid almost 5 dollars for a Coke, which I thought was pretty ridiculous."

"I have stayed here 4 times now as it is close to relatives. The staff is kind, helpful and they remembered us! Breakfast is great and served with loving care. It feels more like staying at a friend's house than at a hotel. STRONGLY RECOMMEND. Just about a mile to mall on one side and if you can take the Florida heat , cross over the road and you have even more stores!"
