" Clean and modern room"

"The 1 bedroom suite was old, musty, nasty and a clogged toilet. Switch to a smaller room that was a little better, but still cabinets nasty, dresser drawers were inoperable, and very concerned the microwave was damaged inside and smelt like a fire was imminent. Made the front desk aware at time of checkout I believe the microwave in room 411 is a fire risk. I was informed I would get a 20% discount and should contact you for the credit. Please advise on that!"

"Although it was only for one night, this was the best hotel experience we have had in quite a while. The staff excelled at the little things to make us feel welcome and valued. Starting with the guy who checked us in who took the I time to have a short conversation with me and go out of his way to leave the desk and show me where the elevators were. Could I have flying them on my own? Yes, but it was a nice touch. Next, the hotel has a evening reception and guests get 2 complimentary drinks. Nice! As we were leaving to go out to our event several staff members complimented us on our outfits. The breakfast was yummy and includes an omelette station which is my favorite. I will definitely put Embassy Suites as on of my preferred hotels when given a choice. "

"Could not believe they could not accommodate someone after 10 PM"

"Air condition was broken, toilet didn’t flush, shower had mold, there was a bath mat on the floor of the tub, didn’t remove it. Cob webs on ceiling. Killed a roach. I only needed to rest my head for about six hours after a 23 hr drive, but it got too hot without ac. So I checked out at 3am."
