"The rooms need some serious attention when it comes to cleaning. I understand it’s an older hotel so I was not expecting luxury. I had to ask that housekeeping sweep and mop the floors. Sand was everywhere when we checked in. That wasn’t the biggest issue. The floor was a little sticky and had hairballs on the floor. I hope management reads reviews and focus on cleaning. Since the hotel is older and dated cleanliness is a must. Other than that the stay was great. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The location was chefs kiss. I noticed the front desk area was newly renovated. I hope they take time to renovate the rooms. Deep cleaning, painting, and new couches/sofa beds would do this place wonders. Sofa bed looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. With all that said I would stay again in a weekend stay and bring supplies to clean! "

"Beautiful ocean view from the balcony.plenty of parking. They dont offer free ice you'll have to purchase a bag of ice from the ice machine they have on the property. My overall experience was good."

"The property was average. Nice pool, beach view, and beach bar. The room was ok. It wasn’t clean under the bed and the room needed repairs but it served its purpose. We stayed across the street from the Tower. Not sure what the tower rooms look like but if possible, stay on that side. "

"The views are GREAT. The staff was ok. Nothing screams great, but not bad. Property could use some TLC. "

"Breakfast was great. Beds were super comfortable. We reserved a bedroom suite and it was perfect for 6 of us. The only issue was no hot water after all day on beach and then Sunday morning was the same. Called front desk and no one came up. Tried several different times within a 3 hour span and still no avail. Good money for no hot water. "

"Check in was horrible, showed up at 1:30 they said nicely check in is at 4:00, ok I’ll come back at 4, I come back at 4, and they tell me room is still not ready and I say it’s 4, she says rudely check in starts at 4 but that doesn’t guarantee your room is ready, ok I’ll wait, then the guy receptionist gets in a scream match with another customer because his room wasn’t ready! Finally get a room, the hotel itself is ran down, the room itself was just ok but had a bad odor, all the beach wash down water was not working. The positive was the beach is amazing. And walking distance to several restaurants, I think for 300 dollars a night you can do much better. Will absolutely not stay here again!"
