We stayed for 5 days and booked 2 rooms. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were cleaned everyday which was very nice. They have a heated pool which my kids enjoyed. Parking was a paid parking lot. No breakfast included you have to pay extra. Overall stay was a very good experience

Thought the room was nice and clean. Gym had good equipment. It was nice that a hot breakfast was included after our hotel was moved to a different location due to flooding. Only thing I'd point out is we asked for fresh beddings and trash to be taken out when we're gone for the day but when we got back it wasn't done. I want to say we usually left around 11am-12noon, so not sure if we missed the time frame for this. But overall great stay, would come back.

Very very clean place. The bathroom fans were clean! The carpets in the rooms are shampooed regularly. I asked but already figured they were as I had zero allergy issues overnight which is really rare for me. Staff were very good and Perkins restaurant was great.

The mattresses need to be replaced and upgraded with ill fitting fitted sheets that kept pulling up. We have never had such a terrible sleep in a hotel. The staff were friendly - no complaint there. It's clear the hotel has been attempted to be updated but it was poorly done. Clean, though! We also had a family in the room next to us and we have an adjoining door which didn't prevent noise. Their young child was screeching until close to midnight and then up again at 6:30am. That was just bad luck. We would stay there again IF the mattresses are replaced with ones that aren't so lumpy and bouncy. We could barely move a muscle without waking each other. No one slept. Minor - the faucets in the sink are far too short that you smack your hand against the sink just to rinse. I need to reiterate the staff were pleasant and friendly.
