The Omni King Edward Hotel
The staff was outstanding. Had an issue checking in that was in no way related to the hotel, however, they comped me a drink to alleviate the frustration. The staff in both restaurants were also outstanding

Hotel Riu Plaza Toronto
Room was nice and clean, nice big bathroom. Lack of kettle and tea bags in the room was disappointing. Most staff we encountered were friendly. Breakfast had a good variety.
