"Hotel reception staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming. Enjoyable stay and hotel located on a fairly quiet street just a very short walk away from the beautiful old town area. We loved Vicenza. Breakfast was nice but a few items (eg milk, butter) had run out nearing what seemed a pressured 10am curfew at which time you could always set your watch by the coffee machine being turned off. Room and bed very clean and the in-room fridge was appreciated. Air con satisfactory. No tea/coffee...

"I have it a higher than average rating due to the staff being very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent and gave very large portions of food. I tried the gnocchi with salmon and the grilled salmon with a side of grilled vegetables and both were very good. There were hot water issues and AC issues the first night but both were fixed by morning. The particular room we stayed in did have older stained carpet, so it appeared not clean. "Be sure to arrive by 5 pm or else you will get 20 euro each hour afterwards. There is no information about this before booking, but you will get a message after the booking is confirmed. My fault I didn’t check the messages but the owner could have been kinder. Besides that the apartments in the buildings have connecting thin doors that can let you hear every whispers.
