"No proper parking and no luggage assistance — we had to carry heavy bags up about 15 steps. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, with only one staff member at check-in. The room on the left has a nice view and is clean, but the strong artificial fragrance made it hard to sleep. No breakfast service, and it’s difficult to find a proper morning meal nearby. Not suitable for elderly guests or anyone who has difficulty with stairs or heavy luggage."

"First the pros: It’s a lovely, newly renovated property, and our room had a gorgeous view of the Plaza Mayor. The building and room were charming, clean, and comfortable. "Lo encontramos muy limpio. Ubicación excepcional, en pleno centro, junto a la Plaza Mayor. Lugar tranquilo y buen descanso. Muy bien el baño con muy buena presión de agua en la ducha. Simplemente mencionar que está un poco escaso el menaje de la cocina, depende de lo larga que sea tu estancia y el uso de la cocina que se vaya a ahacer. Acceso muy fácil y cómodo con las llaves electrónicas en el móvil."

"The location and ambiance were impeccable, my only concern, was the air quality of the room, after about 24 hours it is quite noticeable, with my health declining, upon leaving the room the relief is immediate, so I am sure it is not a separate issue. Secondly the other issue was having found a piece of glass in one of the towels while washing my face, thankfully it did not cut me very deep and I noticed it before any serious damage but after that I was on edge with all the towels and sheets....

"This is a lovely property right off the major plaza, in the center of everything with easy access to the university, the cathedral, and all of the shopping. The hotel room was large and comfortable. My only complaint was that there is not an elevator all the way up to the fourth floor, where my room was located. I had to carry my luggage up by myself. If you have a lot of luggage, this might not be the right location or make sure to choose a lower floor."
