"No proper parking and no luggage assistance — we had to carry heavy bags up about 15 steps. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, with only one staff member at check-in. The room on the left has a nice view and is clean, but the strong artificial fragrance made it hard to sleep. No breakfast service, and it’s difficult to find a proper morning meal nearby. Not suitable for elderly guests or anyone who has difficulty with stairs or heavy luggage."

Everything about it was lovely, the people were so polite, and the breakfast staff truly went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you wanted. Honestly, it was such a beautiful place to be; the photos don’t do it justice at all. "I have good experence staying here. The major attractions are within 20min of walking. The room have good size and bathroom too. Room is cleaned every day, shower pressure is good. I open up the window for fresh air in the morning since I feel the vantilation in the bathroom a bit weak. It is a good hotel for visiting Salamanca. I recommand it."

Violet, the front desk lady was wonderful and helpful with the easy check in, the parking and explaining the map of Salamanca. She added a good taste to the day we spent in Salamanca.
