"The property was lovely and clean, a brilliant location in the centre of cita alta, near the funicular and other attractions. Lots of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants right outside. Excellent instructions from the owner on how to get in, and available on whatsapp for any questions. Definitely recommend!"

"The hotel was amazing! The room was a lovely size with both the bed and sofa being very comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Citta Alta so cafes, restaurants and points of interest are all close by. The staff are all very friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily. We will definitely return. "

"The room was lovely, great bathroom, comfy bed and a nice balcony which got the sun in the evening.
We really liked the location too. It was a 3 minute walk from the bus stop for the airport bus and then a 10 minute walk to the funicular to the old town.
Check in was super easy, but you do need a phone to check in. There isn’t a reception.
We ate near the hotel rather than going back up to the old town and there are some lovely restaurants nearby.

"Breakfast was fabulous. Excellent for the construction outside on the street. Which is not the fault of the property. The rooms and property itself are amazing. Great access to snacks and wine (for a fee) and worth every penny IMO"

"Spotless, quiet, and magical. I felt comfortable and safe as a single traveler. It was a little difficult to get to if you have mobility issues and be aware it is all stairs if you have large luggage. Otherwise it was a beautiful place and the staff was very kind. Breakfast was delicious!"

"Had a really enjoyable week in Bergamo and the hotel played a part in that. Check in with the staff was smooth and the room was very nice too. It's a small guest house with just six rooms and all the staff were really helpful with a nice breakfast each day. There is availability all day for something to eat/drink as it is also a cafe and you get many locals in there. At night if you order a drink you are presented with a lovely board of snacks for free to accompany it as well.

"We loved everything about this place. The host went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome and we were well catered for. Amazing communication too. The room itself was spacious and very clean. The property is well located, with many nice bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and historical buildings close by plus the funicular which is a 30 second walk. Would highly recommend! "

"Stayed in this property, in order to go to a concert at the arena.
Really easy to get to (about 10 mins from Bergamo airport & cost about 35 euros from
Airport)
Place was immaculate, staff were amazing especially Luca.
The only down side is that there are limited dining options around the area. There is a pizza restaurant at choruslife, which was busy & ok, however post gig there was nothing open.
There is a aldi a 5 min walk away & a few local pizza restaurants and an amazing bakery but...

It was a magnificent hotel; its location, architecture, and friendly staff were incredible. The rooms were very clean and practical, and everything was thought out down to the smallest detail. The attic rooms were amazing. I watched the stars and planes all night long. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant; the food was delicious, and the breakfast was very rich and varied.
