The room was pretty basic, kitchenette although no tea cups, no air con, small shower and shower head was broken it dribbled water constantly so we had to leave a towel to stop the sound. "We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. "Dependable quality Hotel with a choice of pillow hardness (so rare in Portugal) with onsite restaurant. Service at reception v good but very slow service in otherwise quiet restaurant disappointing (25 mins to get drink is not acceptable with 5 staff and 3 tables occupied!) biggest gripe is lack of milk with tea and invisible tea-spoons.
