The owner was very kind to pick us up from the train station and arranged for us to get back into town when we were ready to pick up our car. The staff was kind, attentive, and efficient. "Staff were great and very helpful, Though we found we got better/faster responses to questions when emailing directly versus using expires messenger. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. We also ate an evening meal there and it was delicious. Centrally located for for exploration of the etna region. Room was very clean. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to a friend"

"Abbiamo prenotato alle 4 del pomeriggio in giorno infrasettimanale del mese di ottobre, ormai fuori stagione, e dopo mezz'ora eravamo lì. Struttura deserta, nessuno in vista. Chiamiamo il proprietario e in pochi minuti ( intanto noi ci eravamo accomodati in piscina..) arriva una gentile ragazza che ci consegna le chiavi , poi un'altro ragazzo che ci tira fuori le sdraio (oramai riposte visto la data).
