"Nice traditional room, and fun Japan-style resort experience. The cave onsen is phenomenal! Also convenient that the Lawson’s is on site near the lobby. Only downside, I was hoping for a spa-like massage, but bypassed since it had the ambiance of a physical therapy or bone-setting clinic. "

"We had a very good night Sansuikan Kawayu Matsuya. They share hot springs and the restaurant with a nearby hotel. Hot springs are the absolute standout: fantastic! Food is good and plentiful. Our room had a brilliant view. All the rest is okay, although the exterior of the building is not nice."
