Very clean, friendly staff, coffee & tea was available, coin laundry, and luggage storage. There's a bright sitting area with books, tables and plugs available for use on the first floor - also where the breakfast buffet is served. We only stayed one night but would happily stay here again.

Great!!!

Excellent place to stay. 5 minutes from the train station. Great breakfast, with western and Japanese alternatives. The room was great and bigger than others in big cities. Staff was helpful and friendly. If you are doing the Kumano Kodo trail, is convenient.

5月オープンみたいでした。どこもかしこもピカピカ✨で気持ちよく過ごせました。スタッフの方の対応も良く無料朝食付きもうれしいし和食もパンも両方たべれて大満足でした。夜は近くの廻鮮寿司へ食べに行きましたが絶品でした。近くにはコンビニもスーパーも駅もあり便利です。良い旅になりました。
