That should not have kept us from being able to get into our room at check in time. The staff was rude and kept saying that I booked through a third party. Which they didn’t seem to be happy about. The pool was a mess, which we ended up not using. Will not stay at this hotel again in the future. "

I asked the front desk staff about the delay and he said”we start preparing at 6;00.” No, that is not acceptable because many people have breakfast before they go to work. He just shrugged. The pool area was dirty. The floor of the pool was dirty. "

"I booked the hotel for a large function because it said they have a restaurant. No restaurant. They have a restaurant but ONLY serve breakfast. The breakfast was both hot and cold. A lot of variety of breakfast food. All you can eat for $6.95. Not a good selection of Gluten Free items. Parking was self efficient and free. Room; The water in shower wasn’t hot .. barely warm. The bed was comfortable and room appeared nice. View of outside was beautiful of the pool. Not opened yet but a nice view. "
