When I checked in. I paid the city tax & parking fee for two days in advance, but Reception said it hadn't been processed and that I had to pay it. I looked for the receipt and showed it to them and that's when they realized it.

Etablissement très bien situé à proximité de toutes les commodités du centre ville. Personnel très agréable à l'écoute et très disponible. Les appartements sont anciens et il manque de rénovation. La qualité du personnel nous fait presque oublier cette partie. Les espaces communs sont grands et agréables. Les appartements sont spacieux.

Convenient location midway between train station and downtown, with easy walking distance to both. Very nice staff. Coffee machine with free coffee all day. Had all the amenities I needed. Lots of restaurants nearby with lots of variety in cuisines. Food hall a couple of blocks away. Would happily stay here again.

Value for money, great location with good security, this property gives you a more spacious stay than the usual hotel. It is an older property but the little things are done right, it is very clean, suitably appointed and the breakfast is definitely beyond just continental.
