"Was not disappointed with this space. Very comfortable. Loved the decor. Looks cheesy in the photos, but in reality looked so much better. Shower was amazing. Sky light in room. Very charming. Felt safe. Very walkable neighbourhood. We were on the top floor. Took a the smallest elevator up to the 3rd floor then had to walk up to the 4th floor where are room was. Again very charming. "

"The hotel room is exact setting like the room I had in ibis style, but this room is much higher. The parking entrance is very narrow. Also, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff didn't give clear instructions on the password and the parking zone until we asked about it. I first got the password for the main gate, then I drove around the car park and couldn't figure out which parking slots were available, as they all seemed to be blocked by barriers. My friend had to ask the staff again, and...

"Extrem laut, selbst mit Ohropax war das schlafen kaum möglich. Von schallisolierten Fenstern, haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Frühstück war nicht doll und auch die Tablets von Käse/ Wurst sahen nicht einladend aus. Von einem 4 Sterne Hotel weit entfernt."

"Great balcony corner views from our Room #10. The Christmas market had started the day we arrived and it snowed that night (in late November). Complete with the imposing sight of the Notre Dame Cathedral, it was a near perfect stay in Rouen."
