Good apartment near city centre

Reception staff very helpful with good instructions as you need a couple of codes for the out of hours door and car park door. Apartment was a good size with a useful kitchenette. Parking was easy access on the level with plenty of space. Handy supermarket next door with cheap fuel pumps. Easy walking distance to centre of Tours (10 mins)

Our apartment was clean and tidy, the bed was much more comfortable than it looked. Could have done with a bread knife though. Bus just outside and a nice convenient walk to more restaurants and bars than you can possibly want.

Staff helpful and friendly. More information about parking before arrival would have been helpful (cannot park until you've checked in!). Room is quite simple and rather dated. Kitchenette provided but notices state you must clean kitchen or be charged an additional €30. Felt in some ways more like a hostel than a hotel.

An excellent facility and a superb value! The unit has a small kitchen with cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator. Very friendly, professional, and competent staff. Highly recommended!

Throughly recommend!

We had two apartments for our family of 6 and the dog. Excellent facilities, spacious and clean. The kitchenette was fully equipped to make a chilli meal for the family in the evening, breakfast in the morning and we prepared sandwiches for our onward trip. The carrefour and petrol station next door also added to the convenience of our stay.

We have stayed in this property just for one night and enjoyed it. Although reception was not 24 hrs, we did not need it. Receptionists were very nice, polite and helpful. Access to car park was easy with plenty of spaces to choose from at that time. We chose to have breakfast outside as found it overpriced in Odalys.

Student accommodation posing as hotel

This is not a hotel it is a converted student accommodation the block is in the middle of a campus and surrounded by student living We arrived early and the receptionist was very abrupt and not welcoming - we knew that we would not be able to check in but when we asked questions about parking and how far to the town she just told us to come back at 3pm When we eventually checked in the room and balcony was very clean and spacious however there is no air conditioning We were woken in the early hours of the morning by (students) or guest returning To access this hotel you have to climb up some steep stairs that are frequented by locals drinking on the steps This is not a hotel

J'ai oublié une paire de lunettes de marque en partant. Après les avoir contactés 3 fois, à chaque fois ils me disent qu'ils me rappelleront et ne rappellent pas. Le manque d'honnêteté me dégoute, voilà pourquoi je mets 1 étoiles. Le logement était dans un état passable, trou de brulure au sol et sur les parties de cuisine.

A aucun moment l’hôtel parle de l’accès compliqué! Pas d’accès handicapé, Allée d’accès en mauvais état et de plus pas éclairé la nuit. J’ai failli me tordre la cheville en arrivant le soir.(photo à l’appui) Heureusement, que je suis arrivé avant la fermeture, car en marchant dans l’allée on voit pas le panneaux arrivée tardive. Literie bof. On entend les voisins tirer la chasse et prendre leurs douches. Bref après avoir dormi dans beaucoup d’appart hôtel, celui-ci restera dans les hôtels à éviter!!!
Trou entre les dalles assez espacées pour avoir un accident, et pas de lumière.
