"Very happy with our stay"

"Staff was extremely welcoming from check-in to check-out. The lobby is beautiful, with lounge areas if you don't want to be cooped up in your room. My family and I were able to play cards and watch live sports in the lobby with no complaints. Our only complaint is the carpet in the room was filthy and had an old musty smell, that definitely took some getting used to."

"It was a great stop off for a night on our road trip. Beds were comfy. Room was clean and breakfast was very good. Friendly staff :)"

"The room was not clean. Comforter on one bed was dirty. There was a hole in the wall next to the bed. The mirrored closet doors were broken and one was crooked. The tracks were full of black/brown dirt. The bathroom was not clean. There was something green stuck to the wall above the toilet. There was black/brown mold on the floor at each end of the shower (between tub and tile floor). The shower curtain on the inside had brown splatters of something on it. The ceiling above the shower had black spots on it with what appeared to be a pubic hair in the middle of it all. Free breakfast was included. I was so disgusted, I was not about to eat breakfast there. This is not the usual place I stay but was the only hotel that had a room for the date needed. If this is the only place left on any of my other trips, no thanks. I’ll sleep in my car. Disgusting! Needs a serious remodel and maybe a whole new cleaning staff."

"Didn’t give me codes for march 5 stay so I need a refund. Property is very scary homeless people in the hallway, dark parking lot, giving wrong key codes out. One lady got the key code to the wrong room and walked in on someone and I’m afraid this may happen to me. Makes me very uneasy. It’s a live motel. I had to clean my room. Rooms are not that clean. Stairwells are sketchy. I could’ve stayed at the Hilton or Best Western."

"Smooth check, got a later check out at my request without any problem, room was very clean and everything worked well. It looks like the owners are gradually trying to upgrade things. The indoor pool was closed (and drained), but it didn't affect my stay at all. The breakfast (included) was slightly better than most places, and the staff did a great job keeping the area clean and well-stocked. The seating area for breakfast was clean and had very comfortable seating options. Housekeeping staff on my floor was very friendly and professional.I'd definitely stay here again!"
